PAL New Westminster Grand Opening
Congratulations to Vintop Development on the grand opening of PAL (Performing Arts Lodge) New West, a nine-storey social housing complex at 831 Carnarvon Street, which provides 66 homes for low- to moderate-income folks in the performing arts.
On Friday, April 12, Vintop hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the project, which is the first of its kind to be completed in New Westminster with support from the Province, through BC Housing, and the private sector.
Distinguished guests included New Westminster MLA Jennifer Whiteside and Mayor Patrick Johnstone, and the event received coverage on CBC, CTV and in the New Westminster Record. Click the links to learn more about this exciting addition to the downtown New West community!
